These terms govern your use of https://www.joracol.com.au. The site is operated by JORACOL Pty Ltd (ACN 120 522 581) as trustee for The Thorp Family Trust (ABN 52 901 561 956) (“JORACOL”, “we”, “us”).
By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. The site
JORACOL is a family Maison. This website is provided for information only. We are not presently offering goods or services for sale through the site. If that changes, these terms will be updated before any order is accepted.
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site at any time. Nothing on the site is an offer we are obliged to accept.
2. Correspondence
Letters sent to hello@joracol.com.au will be read with care. A reply is not a contract, an appointment, or an agreement to supply.
3. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, photographs and the JORACOL name are owned by us or used under licence. You may not copy or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent.
Names, marks and images of any maker mentioned on the site remain that maker’s property.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, or present yourself as JORACOL.
5. Liability
The site is provided as general information. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Those rights will apply in full if we later supply goods or services to you as a consumer.
6. Trustee limitation
JORACOL Pty Ltd enters these terms solely as trustee for The Thorp Family Trust, and only in that capacity. Its liability is limited to the assets of that trust available to it in that capacity.
7. Privacy
Personal information is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. The courts of South Australia have jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will appear on this page with a new date.
