The site is operated by JORACOL Pty Ltd (ACN 120 522 581) as trustee for The Thorp Family Trust (ABN 52 901 561 956) (“JORACOL”, “we”, “us”). We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We may collect:
personal information you give us — your name, email address, and the content of your message
technical information — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and usage data collected automatically
cookies used for the site to function, and analytics used to understand how the site is used
We do not ask for payment card details. The site is not taking orders.
2. How we collect it
We collect information when you email us, and when you visit the site. The site is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace and its service providers may collect technical and usage data on our behalf.
3. How we use it
We use personal information to:
read and reply to correspondence
administer the site
meet legal and tax obligations, where they apply
We do not sell personal information. We do not use your email for marketing unless you have asked us to write to you.
4. Disclosure
We may share personal information with service providers who host the site, provide analytics or email, or store data; with our accountant and advisers; and with regulators where required by law.
Some of those providers are overseas, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps so that overseas handling remains consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
